A door frame is a complete assembly that provides the structure on which
the door can swing. The two sides and top are referred to as “jambs”.
SUN-DOR-CO manufactures high quality jambs
of solid wood, not finger-jointed or veneered.
They are machined and pre-drilled for assembly with metal screws. Flat
and rabbeted jambs are available in almost any size and curvature. Whether
the opening is a Gothic arch, a simple radius, or a full half-circle;
SUN-DOR-CO can manufacture a high quality
jamb and pre-hang a custom door in the frame. If you need a wide jamb
we suggest
that you consider a Panel Jamb which
will add an extra touch of quality. Remember, at SUN-DOR-CO
